The Strand Theatre in Biloxi was owned by local businesswoman Noreta Lopez Yerger, and leased & operated by Saenger Theatres, Inc. The business arrangement must have worked well: the same was done when the Biloxi Saenger Theatre was built by Mrs. Yerger. |
